Red is a segment. Orange is a match.
RoP presents Meltdown 07/11/2010 Maricopa County Fairgounds Phoenix, AZ Attendance: 900
We just fade backstage as we see the man known as Lucas Sensation just speaking out.
Lucas: It seems to me that you, Simon, wants to keep me OUT of the RoP! I mean, you are just so damn pathetic that I can't stand your ass! So, despite the attack that I received at the last Meltdown...lets settle this situation that we have in front of us! I mean, I took out Kris Peek, and now, I have no problem in taking out you! So...
Lucas pauses once again before speaking.
Lucas: At Out for Blood, I challenge you, Simon, to a match! Not just any old match, but No Holds Barred, Simon! If I win, you have to drop the Sensation name and If I lose, I will drop the Sensation name! The battle for Sensation, if you will! So, Simon, the ball is in your court....accept the challenge and show the world what you truly are....a useless no talented bastard! I will be awaiting your answer, Simon...and it better be the right answer!!!!
With that said, we fade back to ringside.
We then go live to a shot of the fairgrounds grand stand as the fans are screaming at the top of their lungs with the ringside fans beating on the guard rails in front of them.
SP: Folks, welcome to Meltdown and we’re coming to you live from Phoenix, Arizona and it’s hot as hell outside, but in here it’s about to get even hotter, Artie.
AS: Absolutely we have some crazy shit going down tonight so stay tuned. We’ll see Bryan Deas take on a woman who seems to be tied in with Shadow in Paige as he prepares for his House of Carnage match at Revenge is a Bitch.
SP: Aye, Adam Linn also makes his debut tonight as he takes on Xtreme Steve in a match that I’m sure will really be balls to wall and hard hitting.
AS: Yep, we’ll also see my hero, the man whose word is like gospel, Ace Andrews, take on a woman in Anilya that’s on such a skid, it’s starting to look like something we’d see in Bryan Deas’ underwear.
SP: Oh lord, anyway, we’ll also see our new Southwestern Heavyweight Champion, Alexander McIntyre step up to the plate and take on the challenge of “The Real Show” Terry Marvin. T-Marv has been impressive elsewhere, but tonight it’s like a trial by fire for him, Artie.
AS: Oh yeah and I think T-Marv is gonna get burned! Hahaha!
SP: We’ll also see a battle royal in the main event featuring Nightkrow, Eric Hancock, Tommy McFarlane, Ronin and Lil’ Knoxville where the winner will get a shot at McIntyre’s Southwestern Heavyweight title come the supershow in two weeks.
AS: Oh yeah and that is gonna be a match to keep your eyes on folks. We could see the former champion Ronin earn his rematch……which I doubt…….or a new face step into the main event scene and give Daddy Mac a run for his money!
SP: In either case, tonight is gonna be a huge show, folks. Let’s get it started!
TL: The following match is set for one fall with no time limit. Introducing first, on his way to the ring……..”The Hardcore One” Tommy Wilson!
“This is Extreme” hit’s the sound system and the fans let out a roar as Tommy makes his way slowly out from the back and then walks to the ring, slapping some fans’ hands on the way before he rolls into the ring, pops up and holds his arms out in a crucifix pose as he screams.
SP: Intense, tough and rough. All three are words that describe this man, though he has one hell of a task ahead of him tonight.
AS: Tough? This man is the epitome of garbage wrestling. He couldn’t care less about hammerlocks, he’d rather hit you with a hammer!
TL: And his opponent…….”The Psychotic Enigma” Shadow!
“Nightmare” starts to play now as the fans boo. Shadow emerges from the back and looks around with a scowl at the fans before he slowly makes his way down to the ring, seemingly being indifferent as the fans boo the crap out of him. One fan even reaches over the barricade and tries to slap him. Shadow just stares at him before he makes his way over to the ring steps and climbing onto the apron. He climbs into the ring and then retreats to his corner and falls to the mat in a sitting position as he glares at Tommy.
SP: Strange, dark and brutal. Those would be ways to describe Shadow. He’s been screwing with Deas the last few weeks, tonight he’s not facing Bryan, but he certainly has a chance to maybe show Bryan what he’s got himself into come the next supershow.
AS: Dark? The man’s worse than a pussy emo fag! I’ve seen Alyx Gates vignettes that were more compelling than what I see from this man!
The bell rings and Shadow gets to his feet as Tommy charges in and nails him with shot after shot to cheers from the fans. Tommy nails some punches to his skull before he backs up and nails some kicks to Shadow’s gut. He grabs Shadow by the head and then tosses him out of the corner. Shadow gets up slowly and Tommy catches him with an arm drag. Shadow gets up and Tommy charges and nails a clothesline. Shadow falls and rolls out of the ring, seemingly trying to stop Tommy’s newfound momentum. The crowd boos at this as Shadow walks around the ring, trying to cool off Tommy. It don’t work, however as Tommy charges toward the ropes as Shadow is passing by and goes for a baseball slide dropkick. His feet catch Shadow on the side and knock him into the guard rail. Tommy gets on his feet and digs under the ring skirting for something and pulls out a trashcan. The referee seems to be having a fit about it as Tommy throws the can into the ring and then cracks Shadow in the head with the lid. Shadow stumbles toward the apron and Tommy rolls him in.
SP: Something tells me that this man has some bad intentions on his mind and Shadow may be paying the price of what I think was him underestimating Tommy here…..
AS: Underestimating? I think any kind of estimation on Shadow’s part would have been too much going into this match!
Shadow grabs the ropes and pulls himself up and gets a scoop slam from Tommy. Tommy pulls Shadow into a corner and hangs him up in a tree of woe and then places the garbage can in front of Shadow’s face. Tommy backs into the corner across from it and charges in looking for a dropkick, but Shadow grabs the can and skins the cat, sitting up on the turnbuckle as Tommy comes crashing into the corner and hits his leg against the ring post. Tommy grabs his leg and gets to his knees with a look of pain on his face as Shadow climbs down from the corner and then nails Tommy across the head with the garbage can, sending him reeling back and leaning against the turnbuckle pads. Shadow places the can over Tommy and then backs up about six steps before he takes a running start and nails a dropkick into the garbage can that sends Tommy into the corner, wedge inside of it. Shadow pulls the can off and tosses it aside before pulling Tommy into the middle of the ring and making a cover. One…….Two! Wilson gets a shoulder up!
SP: Shadow just annihilated that can over Wilson, but somehow he still managed to kick out after it. You gotta admire the man’s heart.
AS: Admire his heart? The man hasn’t even been going for like four minutes? I didn’t think it would end early!
Shadow pulls Tommy to his feet and nails some stiff shots to his skull before he reels him in and nails a snap suplex on him. Tommy is now laid out on the mat as Shadow gets up, looks at him as he bats some hair out of his face, then suddenly he drops a knee across Tommy’s face, gets up and drops another. Tommy rolls out of the way and Shadow grabs his foot, puts his own right foot against Tommy’s knee and then slams it down into the mat. Tommy’s face tells the story on how badly he’s hurting after it as he rolls aside and screams a few times. Shadow waits for him to try and get up to his feet before he comes behind and seems to go for a belly to belly suplex on him. Tommy nails a few elbows to Shadow’s skull, causing him to let go and stumble back. Tommy turns around and Shadow charges with a clothesline, but Tommy ducks, waits for Shadow to turn and then lifts him up and nails an atomic drop. Shadow stumbles over toward the ropes and Tommy takes a few steps back, though he’s visibly limping. Shadow turns to face him and Tommy comes charging at him, but Shadow raises his feet up and connects with Tommy’s jaw. Tommy stumbles back and Shadow comes off the ropes, grabs Tommy by the head and goes for a bulldog, but Tommy shoves him off.
SP: Lots of back and forth action and counters here. I think this match may be more competitive than what Shadow thought it would be.
AS: Competitive? It don’t matter how competitive it is, all that matters is who wins, Stu. You should know that much, at least.
Tommy waits for Shadow to get up and charges with a clothesline. Shadow goes down and Tommy waits until he gets back up before he nails a big hip toss on him that causes Shadow to roll out of the ring and to the apron. Tommy rolls out of the ring now and quickly searches under it for something. Finally, he pulls out a board wrapped in barbed wire and slides it into the ring. He gets in and grabs the board, leaning it against a corner. Shadow has made his way up to his feet and Tommy quickly goes on the offensive, grabbing him and suplexing him into the ring. Shadow holds his back as he gets up and Tommy boots him in the gut. With Shadow doubled over, Tommy goes for a power bomb that would send Shadow into the barbed wire board. Shadow rolls through, lands on his feet in front of Tommy and out of nowhere, nails a Shaded into the barbed wire, which draws a “holy shit” chant from the crowd as he pulls Tommy off of it and goes for a cover. One………Two……..Three!
TL: Here is your winner…..SHADOW!
SP: Well, Shadow managed to pull off another win here and it’s full steam ahead to the supershow now!
AS: Wait……..uh oh, here comes trouble!
We just see Shadow just trying to exit the ring and as he does, we see Bryan Deas come through the crowd with a lead pipe. He nails Shadow on the side of the head with it, causing him to stagger to the side. Deas then nails him in the forehead, right between the eyes with the edge of it Bryan then grabs a mic and then speaks.
Bryan: You want to play with me little boy? You want to sneak attack me when you see fit? So, how does it feel now, buddy boy! At Out of Blood, how fitting.....there will be BLOOD, but it won't be my blood, you will be getting! It will be YOU that will be bleeding! See you then!
As Bryan makes the way through the crowd, we just fade back to ringside.
TL: The next match is set for one fall. Introducing first………on his way to the ring from the 402, Nebraska…..Adam Linn!
“Feuer Frei” starts to play as Linn comes out from the back. He stands there for a moment, looking around at the fans, then marches down to the ring as the fans pop a little as he hops onto the apron, then rolls into the ring.
SP: I never thought I’d see Adam Linn here in Ring of Pride…..but here he is!
AS: Linn has been with the EWF, EWC and AWA. He’s held gold almost everywhere he’s gone…..but I don’t know. I have a feeling if you look up the phrase washed up in the dictionary, his photo would be there!
TL: And his opponent…….from Clarksville, Tennessee……Xtreme Steve!
“King of the World” plays as Steve comes out from the back with a smirk on his face to boos. He hops up, then takes off with a spring toward the ring and slides in. He gets up and seems like he’s going to hop up into a corner, but takes off at the last second to nail a shot to Linn, who didn’t even see it coming!
SP: Xtreme Steve and Lil’ Knoxville were last seen beating on The Superfans, who are now gone from RoP, they left and now he’s beating the hell out of Linn before the bell even rings!
AS: Think we’ll be lucky enough to see Linn leave too and follow The Superfans out the door?
Steve nails some clubbing shots to Linn before he straightens him up and then nails some knife edged chops that make the crowd go “woooo”. Steve backs Linn into the corner and the rifles him across the ring. He comes charging at Linn, but Adam manages to grab Steve and toss him into the corner, causing Steve to leap frog over him. Steve manages to land on the second rope and when Linn turns around, climbs to top rope and launches himself backward with a moonsault. The fans boo as Steve gets up and stomps down on Linn a few times before running into the ropes, leaping onto the middle rope and coming back with a slingshot leg drop across the back of Linn’s head. Steve gets up and poses a little for the ringside fans, telling them that he’s the greatest before he picks up Linn and goes for a vertical suplex.
SP: Jesus Christ, look at him and look at Linn! Does he think he’ll be able to lift him up like this?
AS: If he wants to lift him up, I’ll go out back and get him a front end loader…….it’d be easier than him busting his back here!
This suplex attempt seems to be a mistake as Linn reverses it into a snap suplex of his own. Steve holds his back as he gets up and gets a few knees to the chest from Linn. Adam nails some shots to the back of Steve’s head before whipping him into the ropes. Steve steps up onto the middle rope and comes back at Adam with ba springboard elbow attempt, but Adam catches him and nails a huge overhead release german suplex that gets a loud response from the fans. Linn makes it over to cover Steve. One…..Two! Steve gets a shoulder up. Linn pulls him to his feet and goes for a Russian leg sweep, but Steve elbows him in the jaw and falls back with one of his own. Linn is holding the back of his head as he sits up, but Steve rolls through and then springs into the ropes, coming back at Linn with a running dropkick right to his skull. Linn falls back and Steve makes the cover. One…….Two! Linn gets a shoulder up and Steve sits him up and nails some stiff kicks to his back before he backs up a few steps, takes a running start and flips over Linn, grabbing his head and planting him face first into the mat in the process. The fans boo as Steve gets up and seems top wait for Linn to stir. When he does and makes it up to a knee, Steve springs off the ropes and goes for a scissors kick. Linn manages to get his head away, boots Steve in the gut, springs off the ropes and winds up nailing a scissors kick of his own! With Steve down and holding the back of his head, Linn rolls him over and goes for a cover. One…….Two….!
SP: Lots of near falls here as this match has gone back and forth. I think it’d be safe to say that Steve is really opening up some eyes here and yeah……for those wondering…..Linn’s still got it!
AS: Got what? I didn’t even know he had anything to begin with……..
Linn pulls Steve up and goes for a vertical suplex, but Steve wiggles out of it and falls behind Linn. He grabs him around the waist, but Linn nails some elbow shots to Steve’s skull, sending him stumbling back. Linn turns and then pulls Steve into him and gets behind him. He locks in a full nelson and then springs up and into the mat again with a full nelson bomb. Steve bounces off the mat and then fans start a “402” chant as Linn makes the cover after this. One………Two………NO! Steve kicks out and Linn can’t seem to believe it. He pulls Steve up and then drags him into a corner. Linn gets up onto the middle rope and pulls Steve up with him and then places him on his shoulders. The fans go crazy as Linn looks for his Double Shot, but Steve manages to get free and falls onto the mat and lands on his feet. He leaps up with side kick to Linn’s skull that knocks the big man from the middle rope to the mat and then Steve climbs up to the top. He looks down at Linn for a second as the fans boo, then he nails a spiral tap! He stays on Linn for the cover as the ref counts. One……..Two……..Three!
TL: Here is your winner, XTREME STEVE!
SP: What a match! Steve really dug deep to pull this one out, but Linn was really rolling there toward the end.
AS: Rolling……yeah, onto the mat! Steve gets the win here and I’m telling you……..him and Knoxville are about to break out here in RoP in a big way. Mark my words down, Stu!

Scene cuts back to the backstage area, as Texas Television Champion Shawna Rose is seen standing by with an unknown male standing behind her. She smirks, as the camera gets right in front of her.
Shawna: Hey there everyone. I know, you guys weren't expecting me here tonight, but here I am, and not alone. I brought along a good buddy of mine. Say hello to the camera Eric.
Eric waves to the camera. She turns, and raises her eyebrows as he stops. She smirks, turning back to the camera.
Shawna Rose: Yes that's enough Eric. Now then, we recently seen Ace Andrews talk abut how to train a female. Well guess what, now is my turn to teach guys how to not be sexist bitches like Ace is. Really girls, it's plain, and simple, easy as pie thing to do. When they start in barking orders, there are a few things you can do to realize they shouldn't do it, they need to treat you better. Eric if you may move forward please.
Eric moves forward a bit, so he is standing next to her. She smirks.
Shawna Rose: Now say he is standing next to you, and for some reason, wants you to go get him something, even though he is standing, and can do it himself, you just do this.
She smiles cutely, as she then lifts up her foot, and brings it crashing down on Eric's foot, stomping it hard. Eric lets out a loud yell.
Shawna Rose: Of course, there is another thing you can do too, instead of stomping on his foot.
Before Eric can react, she brings her fist back, as she backhands him in the nose, clearly hitting it just right as blood comes out. She is still smiling cutely.
Shawna Rose: Of course, the foot stomping will work even more if he is sitting in a chair. Of course though, if he is sitting in a chair, and tells you to go get something, you do it, but instead of giving him it, you make sure you hit him hard with whatever it is, or if it's a drink, you dump it right on him, then stomp his foot. I would show you now, but needless to say, there is no chairs round here. Now the next thing, say your guy demands you have sex with him, or give him head, you should do this. Eric please turn to the side.
He turns to the side, as she turns to her side, as they face each other. She gets down on her knees.
Shawna Rose: Alright, so as I was saying, you get down on your knees, but instead of undoing his pants, you do this.
She brings her hand up, as she grabs ahold of his crotch, and squeezes it. She doesn't let go, as Eric is clearly in pain, screaming out loudly, trying to get away, hitting at her hand. As she doesn't let go, she laughs out loud, loving that Eric is in pain from her. Just like she would do to any male who even tried telling her what to do.
Shawna Rose: Now then ladies, this is what you do exactly. Trust me, you do this last one, your guy won't be a sexist pig towards you, or try to order you around. It will teach them the lesson they deserve.
She looks up at Eric, as she smirks. Eric is easily getting nauseous from this move. She finally lets go, as Eric quickly runs off. Shawna stands up.
Shawna Rose: Now Ace, if I was you, I would watch it, and learn not to piss me off by thinking you are some macho man who has the right to tell females what to do. Trust me, if you think it will work on me, you will sadly be mistaken. You will get worse then what Eric there got. You think I am joking, you just wait, and see.
She glares into the camera, before she walks away.
Loveheart: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Bellevue, Nebraska, weighing 145 pounds, Paige!
"Beautiful and Strange" by Mudvayne begins to blast from the PA as Fog begins to Fill the stage. Paige Steps out with her manager in tow and she heads slowly to the ring jawing at fans and then Slides in Ready for her match. Shortly after, "Why I Sing the Blues" by Reckless Fortune begins to play as Bryan Deas walks from behind the curtain. He puts his hands up in the air, then walks to the ring.
Loveheart: And her opponent, from Hollywood, California, weighing 280 pounds, "Ballistic" Bryan Deas.
Deas reaches the ring and goads Paige, who rushes after him before he could remove his robes as Richard Dent rings the bells. Paige unleashes punch after punch on his back. She keeps him in the corner of the ring, now alternating punches and kicks on Deas. Deas quickly counters with an elbow to the stomach and shoves her away from him, sending her head over heels across the ring. He removes his robes and then smirks, and begins taunting Paige, who has a seething hatred burning in her eyes.
Price: Paige isn't exactly in the best of moods today and for good reason. Between Deas' goading and Ace's sexist talk, she's incredibly pissed off.
Strong: Aye, she is. If that stupid bastard wants to keep his head on his shoulders, he should stop gloating.
As Deas turns around, Paige runs at him and shoves him into the corner and starts repeatedly hitting him with shoulder thrusts to his sternum. She lets up for a short minute, only to hit him with an enzigiri, knocking Deas out of the turnbuckle. She jumps onto the turnbuckle and shouts "Get up Deas!". As he slowly gets up, she hits him with a huracanrana, which sends him across the ring. She gets up and walks over to Deas and applies a rear naked choke, but Deas gets up and slams her down to the mat.
Price: I don't believe this! He's showing no respect.
Strong: What respect?! The man cares little who his opponent is.
The crowd begins to boo loudly as Deas brushes his shoulders and chest, as if nothing happened, then walks over to Paige and picks her up. He grabs her and hits her with a DDT, then picks her up again and hits her with a power slam. He steps on her and flexes his muscle and puts on a cocky smile as Dent begins to count.
Dent: 1....2....
Paige gets her shoulder up as Dent's hand was about to hit the mat. Deas removes his foot from her stomach and picks her up, then attempts the Simply Ballistic, but Paige hits him in the stomach, then puts her thumb in his eye, and gets a warning from Dent about that. She walks over to Deas and attempts to do a snap suplex, but can't due to the vast weigh difference between them, and strains her back. She quickly recovers and hits Deas with a sunset flip, then goes onto the turnbuckle and hits him with a splash, quickly going for the cover, but Deas shoves her off and quickly snaps to his feet, making the crowd boo with intensity.
Price: That won't go over well.
Strong: It is, the crowd's booing like crazy.
Paige looks at Deas and hits him with a spear that changes into punches him relentlessly. She gets up and shouts "No sell that, bitch!" and proceeds to kick him hard in the back, making him grab his back. She turns him over and applies the Dream Street, making him scream in pain as she applies a lot of pressure. Dent looks into his face and sees Deas' face contorted with pain as Paige continues to press on his chin, pulling it towards her. Shortly, he taps on her thigh and Dent calls for the bell as "Beautiful and Strange" by Mudvayne begins to play.
Loveheart: Here's your winner, Paige!
Price: Paige wins, but she's still upset.
Strong: Deas may need a doctor after that assault.
TL: The following match is scheduled for one fall and is a Falls Count Anywhere match. Introducing first, from Las Vegas, Nevada…….”The Billionaire Brawler” Ace Andrews!
We hear the deep sound of “the chosen one” as the entire arena goes to black, and the titan tron flickers into life with some static. As the static starts getting clear it starts to show four Ace cards between flashes of static. After a few seconds the static leaves to have just an image of the Four Ace cards. After a few seconds the Ace cards turn sideways and fly towards the camera and the text 'YOU'RE GONNA GET ACED!' flashes on and off, going faster and faster until finally some pyro explodes and the PA System kicks in.
Rollin' the dice Never thinkin' twice
A single golden light illuminates the stage, and from the back out struts Ace Andrews! Ace is dressed in a simple pair of long black tights, with two Ace cards on ace leg, and ‘THE ACE’ written on the trunk in big white letters. He is also wearing a singlet, with a picture of his face on the front, and the back has the words YOU HAVE JUST BEEN ACED! He pauses at the top of the ramp, holding both arms out wide, and then turning his back to the crowd before turning to face them again. He starts to stroll down the ramp, looking out at one side of the crowd, then the other as he paces leisurely to the ring.
SP: The hand picked franchise player of Simon’s to really take this company on his back, Ace has made some enemies over the last few weeks and oddly enough, it’s not about him being handed anything either.
AS: Hey, I understand what he’s saying. Wrestling is a MAN’s sport, Stu. Look at our roster. About twenty guys and only three women, they can’t hang with the men! That’s why their numbers are so small here!
TL: And his opponent…….
"Who's to know if your Soul will fade at all? The One you sold to fool the world. You lost your self-esteem along the way, yeah" As "Fake It" by Seether picks up, Anilya walks from behind the curtain and into a roar of boos and "You suck" chants. She smirks as sticks her middle finger in the air and stops.
Loveheart: From Chicago, Illinois, weighing 127 pounds, Anilya!
Anilya resumes walking to the ring and gets in. She turns and stares at Traci and chases her out of the ring. She removes her shirt, revealing her black wrestling bra tights and walks over to a turnbuckle and rests her back on it.
SP: Anilya has made it her quest to target Shawna Rose and put her to the test……..but last Meltdown she found herself face to face with Ace.
AS: Yeah, well she cheap shotted him and now……she’s going to get taken to school. Mark my words, Stu, just like the women in this company…..it’s not gonna be pretty!
The bell rings and Ace and Anilya circle one another before Ace teases locking up, Anilya goes for it and he kicks her ruthlessly in the midsection several times before he nails some right hands to her jaw. Anilya stumbles back into a corner and Ace follows suit to boos, nailing some kicks to her midsection and then as she falls to her butt, raises his foot and places it against her throat, choking her. Mike Donovan comes over and gives Ace a one count, then a two, three, four and almost a five before he finally breaks it up. Anilya seems to get her bearings, but Ace backs up a few steps, then charges into the corner and boots her in the face. Ace points to his head and yells out “she’s a woman, of course’s she dumb!” to the ringside fans before pulling Anilya up. He rockets her into the ropes and goes for a side slam, but she counters, raises her legs up and wraps them around his head to nail a hurricanrana on him! Ace gets to his feet quickly and gets a dropkick for his troubles. He falls backward and out of the ring between the ropes. He lands on his hands and knees, but makes it to his feet and looks up to see Anilya come through the ropes with a suicide dive!
SP: Holy crap! I wonder what’s Ace’s thoughts on women are now after that suicide dive?
AS: She got lucky. Every bitch gets lucky once in a while, Stu, you should know that perfectly by now!
Ace gets up slowly after being taken down by the dive, but Anilya nails some hard chops to his chest before nailing a side kick on him that sends him stumbling into the guard rail. Anilya waits until Ace has his back against the railing and seems to be staying there before she charges in looking for a cross body attempt, but he catches her and holds her up as he walks away from the guard rail and charges into the nearest ring post, then backs up a few steps, makes sure he’s by the guard rail and nails a fall away slam into it that causes a loud clanking to be heard through the place and the fans to chant “RoP”. Ace gets up, smirks as he looks at the apparently knocked out Anilya and grabs her by the arm, pulling her away from the railing before dropping down and pinning her. One…….Two!
SP: Just a two count there for Ace and after that fall away slam that Anilya just took, I’d be shocked if she even knew where she was. That was brutal.
AS: No, it was a woman being thrown into her rightful place! She deserved what she got, thinking she could even remotely hang with a machismo monster like Ace!
Ace seems to be a little distraught by the kickout from Anilya and hammers away at her with punches as he gets off her. He then makes it to his feet and pulls her up too. He grabs her by the hair, then tosses her face first into a ring post. She stumbles back and he lifts her up, hosting her into the air and falls back with a veritcal suplex that seems to really knock her into next week. He gets down and makes the cover once more. One………Two….! Anilya kicks out! Ace looks at the referee and barks some rather nasty words at him before he gets up and grabs some of the padding on the floor and throws it aside. He looks down at Anilya, smirks and the crowd boos, knowing his bad intentions. He pulls Anilya up and then places her head between his legs, looking or a piledriver, but she spins around, then with his eyes as wide as golf balls and the fans going ape shit, back body drops him onto it. Ace’s face tells the story as he screams and holds his back. Meanwhile, the fans’s roar increases as Anilya gets up onto the apron and then takes a running start and somersaults off of it onto Ace, driving him against the floor once more! She stays on him and hooks a leg! One…….Two…! Ace kicks out!
SP: Good lord, Ace take a hell of a spill there on the floor that HE exposed, how’s that saying go? Karma’s a bitch?
AS: The only bitch in this match is that blond haired, fake titted one and you know what? She’s proved shit to me so far, Stu. She wants to impress me? She should actually stop the flippy, floppy bullshit and try to OUTWRESTLE Ace because I guarantee you she’d get annihilated if she tries!
Anilya seems amused that Ace kicked out as she hammers away at him with shots before grabbing the back of his head and slamming him face first into the exposed floor over and over. Ace is obviously dazed as Anilya gets up after this and drags him up to his feet. She stands in the entrance aisle with him and drops him to his knees as she takes apart some of the guard rails and pulls them closer together in the aisle before putting the one she unhooked from it on top. She pulls Ace over to it and seems to be going for a suplex, but he manages to float over and let’s go of her as he starts to rush toward the backstage area now. Anilya sees what’s going on and ducks under the rail as she chases after him. She finally catches up with him just inside of the curtain and throws him down to few steps leading to the small entrance ramp and down to his knees. She kicks him on the back of his head a few times, then pulls him up and goes to launch him into a nearby wall. Ace gets a boot up to block it and sends Anilya face first into it instead. She stumbles out and he pulls her over to a table with wires and some electrical equipment on it. He places her head between his legs and lifts her up again, but this time connects as he puts her through the table with a power bomb. Anilya is bent and contorted like a rag doll as he gets down and makes the cover. One…….Two……..NO! Anilya kicks out!
SP: Jesus christ, even after going through a table she’s showing some great resilience here…..
AS: Resilience? I call it stupidity! She knows she’s fighting a losing battle here!
Ace pounds the floor in frustration as he kicks Anilya a few times and pulls her up. He takes aim at a door and goes to whip her into it, but she manages to stop herself from hitting it. Ace lets out a grunt of frustration, then takes off after her. Anilya turns just in time to catch him with a drop toe hold that sends him face first into the door. Ace convulses for a few moments on the floor as Anilya picks him up and seemingly for good measure, plants him back down with a DDT. She rolls him over and hooks a leg as the referee is right there to make the count. One……..Two……….NO! Ace kicks out. Anilya seems to be in total shock as he moves some hair from her face, yells at the ref to count again and once more, hooks a leg. One……Two…….NO! Ace kicks out again!
SP: Anilya really dropped Ace into that door and then the floor pretty hard, but she’s just not able to get a three count from it.
AS: That’s because Ace is a man’s man. He’s rough, he’s tough and he’s a lot more tough than this blond bimbo will ever be! I guarantee that much!
Anilya grabs a cord from the wreckage of the table she went through earlier and ties it around Ace’s neck as she begins dragging him down the hall now with the ref in tow. She finally makes it to the end of the hall and opens a door that comes out into a parking lot behind the building. She drags Ace, who is no scraped and battered over to a crate to the side of the door and unwraps the cord from his neck, though he nails a left and a right at her before he gets behind her, looks like he’s gonna go for a German suplex, but instead picks her up, then drops her face first on the tarmac. He smirks as he gets down and goes for a cover on her without even hooking any leg. One…….Two……..NO! Anilya gets a shoulder up. Ace yells at the ref to get his ass in line as he rolls Anilya over and then locks in his Vegas Special. Anilya screams as Ace torques on the clover leaf that he has. Finally, the ref asks her if she wants to give up, but she screams no. He asks again and once more, no. Ace can be heard going “tap you bitch” as he pulls back on her legs. She tries to crawl away, but can’t really reach anything. Finally, she turns her body a little and reaches up as far as she can and ends up grabbing Ace’s hair. She pulls back on it and finally, Ace lets go of the hold as he stumbles back. He mutters something as he lunges at Anilya, but she kips up and nails a hurricanrana that catches him off guard and sends him stumbling into the crate. The fans in the place are going crazy as some have even surrounded the two in the parking lot now with a circle and are chanting “this is awesome”.
SP: I can’t agree anymore with the fans on that part, Artie! This match has been knockdown, dragout, but with the bad blood between these two, with Ace’s anti-women comments and Anilya’s attitude, you couldn’t expect anything less.
AS: When Anilya’s in a match, less is about all you can expect!
Anilya comes at Ace, but he manages to lower a shoulder and elevate her with an attempted back body drop onto the crate. She ends up landing flat like a cat and gets in position so that when he turns around, she pulls him onto it and nails some shots to his skull, causing him to sprawl out. Anilya looks down at him, making sure that he’s down before she turns and climbs on top of a concrete out cropping next to the crate. She gets up to the top and seems to be setting up for a Thorned Beauty. Just as she gets ready to fly, Ace kips up and Anilya bends down, bracing for whatever he throws at her, but he ends up grabbing her by the head and goes for the Triple 7’s. Anilya manages to fight out and shoves him forward. As she does so, Shawna Rose comes from out of nowhere and pulls Ace by the leg so that he falls onto the crate. He sits up and she nails him across the skull with a chair. He gets laid out and she takes a step back as Anilya stands up and then flies off with her Thorned Beauty swanton. The crate gives way with a loud crash as both go through it. The camera looks down and we see Anilya on Ace. The ref gets down and makes the cover. One……Two…….Three!
TL: Here is the winner of the match, ANILYA!
SP: Holy shit, what a swanton! Anilya picked up a huge win! So much for Ace’s momentum going into the supershow!
AS: Yeah, well look at the facts…..it took Shawna getting involved to screw Ace over and get Anilya the win. It took two cunts to beat him! I demand that the record books show that! ASTERISK! ASTERISK!

We come back from a merchandise commercial to have “I Gotta Have It” hit as Simon Sensation walks out from the back to boos. He shakes his head and smirks as he strolls down to the ring and then climbs in . He straightens his suit out to boos and grins as his music fades.
SP: I wonder what the boss is doing out here?
AS: Do you even need to ask, Stu? Just listen and you’ll find out!
Simon stands in the ring, smirking before he grabs the microphone from his back pocket and starts to speak.
Simon: Ladies and gents, I’m sure all of you saw tonight that Lucas Peek……whatever he’s calling himself now……was running his mouth and challenged me to a match for the next supershow, Out for Blood: Revenge is a Bitch.
He pauses and the fans in attendance cheer, seemingly fond of the idea.
Simon: Well, I hate to break it to you all, but it’s not going to happen. You see, when I created this promotion. When I started Ring of Pride, I did so with he intentions of never competing in the ring here, ever. This company was created for the people in the backstage area right now, mingling in the locker room and you cretins here in the stands. It wasn’t created so I could get in the ring and win titles and whore myself out like you see all around the wrestling landscape these days, but apparently Lucas didn’t get that memo.
He shakes his head to a massive amount of boos from the crowd, which is starting to chant “chicken”.
Simon: So read my lips, Lucas, I’m not going to face you in two weeks at the supershow. I’m not going to step in the ring with you and I’m not going to lock horns with you. To be quite honest, Lucas, if I was going to step into the RoP ring here with my tights on and lock horns with someone, it wouldn’t be you, Lucas. It wouldn’t be some hapless moron halfwit that can’t even buy himself a win in this company. It’d be a top star here, it’d be someone that I knew I could make money with. It wouldn’t be someone like you, Lucas. Hell, I know you’ll probably be disappointed that I didn’t accept this challenge of yours. I know that this crusade that you’re on to avenge what I did to Saint now has a wrench thrown in it, but you know what?
He snickers as the fans boo and start a “Simon sucks” chant.
Simon: I don’t give a shit! You’re even lucky that you have a job here, Lucas. You’re lucky that I took you in and gave you a place to do whatever in the hell it is that you do after that shithole SVW sank in the Northeast! You’re lucky that I took you in after Spooky McDuffy made you into nothing but a joke, having bricks fall on you, bears attack you and you slip and slide around like a fucking fool. So next time, Lucas, you better be careful who you challenge because remember……I sign your pay checks. I’m the one making sure that your family eats, even if your worth to me is only such that I feel you’re not even valuable to pay enough money to barely even buy Ramen noodles too. Now…..
He shrugs and smirks as he looks around at the fans.
Simon: Lucas, I know you’re listening and I know for a fact that you saw what happened to Stephen Saint. Keep your ass in line, Lucas and keep your mouth shut. Because I won’t fire you, not at all. I’ll make sure that you suffer a painful, bloody fate worse than anything that happened to Stephen. You read me loud and clear?
He shakes his head and the crowd pours some boos on him.
Simon: That being said, Lucas, I have nothing more to say to you and I have nothing more to say to you fans………
Suddenly, “Burn it to the Ground” plays as Lucas Sensation walks out from the back to cheers from the fans. He shakes his head and looks at Simon from the entrance aisle.
Lucas: Wow, all I hear is clucking from you because to be honest, I’ve never seen as big a chicken as you in my life. You don’t want to accept my challenge? Fine…….I’m okay with that. But you want to come out here and you want to threaten me? You have the balls to bring up what happened to Stephen Saint?
He shakes his head and holds up a finger, wagging it.
Lucas: That stuff don’t fly with me. If you don’t want to face me? That’s fine. You don’t have the balls to go toe to toe with me? That’s alright. But you have the balls to bring up what happened with Saint, you have the balls to rub what you did to him, what you did to his child in my face, knowing full well that what happened……it’s the reason that I challenged you in the first place……….
He rolls his eyes and then starts to march down the aisle with a smirk on his face.
Lucas: Well that just means you’re screaming and begging for an as kicking……….
The fans cheer as Lucas drops the microphone and hops up on the apron as Simon backs up against the other side of the ring and holds his hand up.
Simon: Hold it right there, god damnit! You lay a hand on me and not only will your ass never work in this business again, but I’ll sue your ass for everything you own and all the food stamps that your white trash family gets! You want action, Lucas? You’re feeling so froggy? How about this………in two weeks at the supershow……..
He grins as he holds two fingers up.
Simon: You’re going to be going toe to toe, one on one with……a mystery opponent. Let’s just leave it at that!
Lucas is obviously less than pleased, but shakes his head.
Lucas: Well……..it’s……….SHITTY!
The crowd roars as he gets into the ring and goes after Simon, nailing him with a few shots before security and referees storm the ring to pull him off. Simon is obviously pissed off as he gets to his feet and picks up the microphone that he has dropped as Lucas keeps being held back.
Simon: You want to put your hands on me? You want me, Lucas? You want me? YOU GOT IT! Me against you at the supershow in a five minute challenge…….I doubt you can even last two minutes in the ring with me, but I’m gonna take you to school and make you tap, bitch! How do you like that?
This causes Lucas to smirk slyly as he stops fighting the refs and security. He nods his head and holds his hands up as he backs over to the ropes, then climbs through them as his music starts to play again with the fans going crazy.
SP: He wanted Simon in the ring. He got it. The shit hit the fan!
AS: The shit just got out of the ring……oh, I thought you meant Lucas!
TL: The following is a non title match and is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, on his way to the ring from Las Vegas, Nevada…….”The Real Show” Terry Marvin!
“Raise Up” starts to play as the fans give a mixed reaction to Terry as he strolls out from the back with a smirk on his face. He seems to be refusing to slap any hands as he walks down to the ring. He stops for a second to talk some last minute trash before he slides into the ring to boos.
SP: This is Terry Marvin’s first appearance here in an RoP ring, but this man has been all over the world. He’s traveled the glob plying his craft and perfecting it and I’m really looking forward to this match.
AS: Funny…….before he signed a deal here, I’d never even heard of this guy or saw his ugly mug ever before!
TL: And his opponent……he is the reigning RoP Southwestern Heavyweight Champion…….”Your True King” Alexander McIntyre!
“Evil Angel” begins to play as McIntyre emerges from the back to a mixed reaction. He stops for a moment, seems to survey his surroundings and then slowly makes his way down to the ring. He rolls in and unbuttons the Southwestern Heavyweight title belt and hands it to the referee as he eyes Marvin across the ring.
SP: McIntyre rose to the occasion on the last Meltdown to capture the gold, but now he’s got a target on his back the size of the state that he won the title in. His reign officially begins here tonight and you got to wonder what’s going through his mind.
AS: Well, I know we got a battle royal coming up in a bit, but if Marvin was able to knock off McIntyre here, it leads me to believe that he’d be in line for a title shot as well.
The bell rings and Marvin and McIntyre move to the middle of the ring as the fans start to buzz. Marvin says something to the champion and then hauls off and slaps him in the face, exclaiming “I’m the REAL Show!” at him. McIntyre checks his face with his hand, then spears Marvin down and connects with a series of shots to his face. McIntyre gets off of him and as Marvin gets up, catches him with a neck breaker that he transitions into a backbreaker as he brings Marvin’s upper back down across his knee. Marvin rolls to the side of the ring holding his back as McIntyre closes in, not wanting to give Marvin any breathing room. He brings his foot down across Marvin’s throat and steps on it, using the ropes for leverage. Referee Richard Dent counts to one, then two, then three, then four. Before he reaches five, McIntyre lets up, then pulls Marvin to his feet and nails some searing knife edged chops that echo through the grand stand and into the night. The fans “woooo” with each one. Marvin responds after the third chop with one of his own, however. McIntyre fires one back, but Marvin comes back with another.
SP: These two are having a duel with their chops right in the middle of that ring. I don’t think I’ve ever seen chopping this intense before.
AS: They keep this up and the fans will get “woo”-ed out!
Marvin seems to have had enough of the chops, much to the fans dismay as he knees McIntyre in the midsection, then nails some uppercut shots to him before he places McIntyre’s head under his arm, locks in a double underhook and lifts McIntyre up, only to bring him down with a nasty backbreaker. McIntyre sits up holding his back and Marvin takes the chance to slap him in the face a few times as he screams some rather unflattering things down at him. He then rears back and brings some rather nasty kicks into McIntyre’s chest and back that echo through the grand stand. He pulls McIntyre up to his feet slowly and smirks as he lifts him up onto his shoulders, then falls back into a corner with a rather unique samoan drop variation into the turnbuckles. He pulls McIntyre out of the corner and don’t even bother to hook a leg as he pins him. One……..Two!
SP: Just a two count there and Marvin is really taking the reins here and showing us what he can do, but he’ll need to really put more effort into his pins if he don’t want McIntyre to kick out.
AS: You know, I like Marvin’s attitude, but this man that he’s facing is not someone to fuck around like this with.
Marvin shakes his head as he picks McIntyre up and then plans him down with a piledriver. Marvin gets up after that, looks down at the motionless McIntyre and springs off the ropes slowly, looking for a knee drop to McIntyre’s head. At the last second, however, Alexander moves out of the way and Marvin’s knee lands right on the mat. Marvin screams out “shit” as he grabs at his knee and goes to get up, but McIntyre rushes at him and nails a knee strike to his head. Marvin falls back, laid out on the mat. This causes McIntyre to seemingly smirk slightly as he reaches down, turns Marvin over and drives his knee into his upper back as he pulls back with both hands on his chin. Marvin almost immediately screams in pain and tries reaching for the ropes. He’s unable to get to them at first, but starts slowly crawling and making his way toward them. He makes one final lunge and it don’t seem to be enough. Marvin raises his hand like he’s ready to tap, but then finally reaches out with his left hand and just barely touches the ropes. The referee immediately gets on McIntyre, giving him a five count once again to break it with Alex waiting until just mere milliseconds before it reaches five to break it.
SP: McIntyre kept the hold locked on for about 4.5 extra seconds and it may have been enough to inflict some real damage on Terry.
AS: And having a body part at less than a hundred percent against this man is like bathing in blood and walking into a cage with a tiger.
McIntyre rains stomps down on Marvin after he gets up, then he pulls Marvin up to his feet and rockets him across the ring. Marvin hit’s the turnbuckle hard and stumbles out and right into McIntyre, who lifts him up, then takes him down with a sideslam backbreaker and presses down on Marvin’s head and legs for a few seconds, adding even more pressure to it. He lets go of it after about ten seconds, and gets up. Terry crawls over to the ropes and holding his back, uses them to pull himself up and stumbles into a nearby corner. McIntyre takes off like a bat out of hell, looking for his Hail to the King, but Marvin moves and causes McIntyre’s knees to the hit the turnbuckle pads harmlessly. McIntyre lands on his feet and turns around, but as he does so, Marvin grabs him and nails a side effect on him that causes the fans to pop a little. Marvin goes to make the cover, but McIntyre gets his foot on the rope. Marvin makes it to his feet slowly, still favoring his back. He waits for Alex to get to his knees before kicking him on the side of the head and knocking him over. Terry smirks as he grabs McIntyre by the arm, pulls him to his feet and then takes him back down with a Northern Lights Suplex into a pin. One………Two…! Alex kicks out!
SP: Marvin has managed to get control of the match back and even with his back aching, he’s managing to really ground McIntyre here and just take it to him.
AS: This is what Terry needs to do. Screw the cocky BS, he needs to bare down and really focus if he wants to win this match and make this a huge first impression.
Marvin lifts McIntyre up and nails a snap brain buster to him before he walks over into the corner and starts to climb the ropes. He stops at the middle one and seems to be going for a leg drop, but McIntyre has stirred and even with a seemingly dazed look on his face, makes it into the corner and nails some shots to Terry, who fires right back. McIntyre climbs up to the first rope and nails some more shots and even a chop, but Terry nails an elbow to McIntyre’s forehead that nearly sends him falling off the rope, then he grabs him by the head. Double underhooking McIntyre, Marvin leaps out of the corner off the middle rope looking a variation of his Whiplash finisher, which gets the crowd standing and buzzing, but McIntyre manages to block it, steps off the ropes and toward the ring as Marvin nails some elbow shots to his head. McIntyre manages to break free of Marvin’s grasp and nails a release belly to belly suplex on Marvin that takes him down and leaves McIntyre down on the mat as well.
SP: Both men are down now and what a match this has been. Each man has gone to end it with their finisher, but both have managed to block it and keep the match going. Talk about back and forth action!
AS: And this is the kind of match that I don’t think McIntyre wanted to be in going into the supershow and his next defense. Each minute that passes by could be a minute that brings us closer to a Terry Marvin win, which would be like something of an upset here.
McIntyre crawls over to Marvin as he’s getting up and nails some wild shots to him. Marvin responds with some of his own that rock the kneeling McIntyre and send him teetering back. The two get to their feet and McIntyre gets the advantage with a few European uppercuts that sends Marvin stumbling back against the ropes. McIntyre grabs him, pulls him into the ring and goes for a vertical suplex, but Marvin floats over behind McIntyre and goes for a German suplex. McIntyre rushes into the ropes and uses the momentum to cause Marvin to let go and tumble back. Marvin lands on his feet and McIntyre looks for a clothesline, but Marvin ducks. The fans chant “this is awesome” as Marvin grabs McIntyre’s head and nails a snap mare, followed by a sleeper hold. McIntyre flails trying to get out of it and eventually tries to fight up to his feet, though Marvin keeps the hold locked on tight. Finally, McIntyre seems to fade as he drops to the mat and Dent comes over and raises his arm once. It falls to the mat. He raises it again. It falls to the mat once more. Dent lifts it up for a third time and it falls, though McIntyre keeps it from hitting the mat and raises it up with the crowd seemingly getting behind him here as the cheer, stomp and clap to try and get him into it. Marvin keeps the hold locked on as McIntyre battles to his feet, then turns and elbows Marvin repeatedly in the ribs, eventually causing him to break his grip.
SP: Marvin is really cruising here and McIntyre is battling uphill. You got to believe that both men are really reaching deep down inside of themselves and getting anything they got left in their tanks at this point.
AS: Well, you got to figure that Marvin’s made a big point here. He’s come into RoP and in his first match, has taken the top dog to his limit. No matter what happens, Marvin’s coming out of this looking like an ace!
Marvin stumbles away from McIntyre, but comes back looking for a clothesline. McIntyre ducks, but Marvin comes behind him and looks for a German suplex again. McIntyre manages to get free and gets behind Marvin now as the two seem to be jockeying for position. Marvin finally manages to break from McIntyre’s grip and stumbles forward and against the corner. Out of nowhere, McIntyre springs into the corner and gets big air as he sails in with his knees raised for the Hail to the King. Marvin ends up pulling the referee into the way, causing McIntyre to connect with him. Alexander looks down at the unconscious referee, but from behind, just as the ref starts to stir, Terry nails a low blow, then ANOTHER and rolls McIntyre up in a school boy with a handful of tights! The referee sees it and makes a count. One……….Two…………Three! McIntyre kicks out, but it was just a second late!
TL: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the match……..TERRY MARVIN!
SP: Bullshit! It took two low blows and even then he could barely keep him down! This was a crock of shit!
AS: You call it shit, I call it Marvin doing what he had to do to make an impact, which is what he’s done! Kudos to Marvin!
Terry gets out of the ring and gets the ref to raise his hand at the front of the entrance aisle as McIntyre sits up. He looks right at Marvin and shakes his head as he rolls out of the ring and goes after him.
SP: What in the hell?!
Marvin sees this coming and runs off toward the back with McIntyre following him, hot on his heels as he goes and the two disappear to the back.
AS: Usually it’s the challengers after the champ, but McIntyre’s pissed off for some reason by the looks of it.
SP: I can’t blame him one bit! He got screwed!
TL: The following match is a battle royal. The way to be eliminated is by getting thrown over the top rope with both feet touching the ground. The winner of this match will get a Southwestern Heavyweight title match in two weeks time at the supershow! Now, the participants! Introducing first………he is a former Southwestern Heavyweight Champion, Ronin!
“Violence Fetish” starts to play as Ronin comes out from the back to some cheers. He slowly stalks to the ring, then rolls in as his music fades.
SP: Ronin is the former champion, folks. He won the title at Out for Blood; King of the Mountain in a brutal King of the Mountain match and ended up losing it last week in a fatal four way to Alexander McIntyre. Tonight, he’s fighting for his rematch.
AS: I love how he’s not being handed it. There’s so much talent in this company, let him defend it against them and show why he deserves it….or don’t!
TL: And also……from Atlanta, Georgia……Nightkrow!
“Fight Fire With Fire” plays as Nightkrow comes from the back wielding a baseball bat to cheers from the fans and a small “Let’s go Krow” chant.
SP: He’s only been here for one match, but he’s already beloved by the fans!
AS: These people are idiots! They got behind Ronin too and look what happened to him! He’s back at the bottom!
TL: From Clarksville, Tennessee……..Lil’ Knoxville!
“Here Comes the Boom” starts to play as Lil’ Knoxville comes out of the back to boos. He shakes his head and talks some trash to the fans at ringside before he runs toward the ring and slides in. He kips up and holds his arms out to the fans, showing them himself as his music fades.
SP: Knoxville is one half of the Original Showstoppers. We saw his partner, Xtreme Steve earlier, now it’s his time to shine.
AS: Like I keep saying, these two…..Steve and Knoxville are heavily under rated. They’re both talented and capable of going far, they just haven’t been given a fair shake yet.
TL: From Denver, Colorado……”Deadly” Dillon D’Angelo!
“U Can’t Touch This” plays as Dillon comes out from the back, barking at the fans near the aisle as he makes his way down to the ring, telling the camera and anyone else who will listen to him hoiw he’s the next champ as he goes.
SP: Nobody impressed more than Dillon did in that fatal four way two weeks ago. He may have an attitude, but he’s starting to show some heart to go with it.
AS: Definitely. I thought he had a good chance to win two weeks ago but it wasn’t meant to be. Now it may be his time to take that step up.
TL: And from Derry, Northern Ireland……..Tommy McFarlane!
“I’m Not Jesus” plays as Tommy comes strolling out from the back. He looks around with a smirk and shakes his head to the boos that he’s getting as he walks down to the ring.
SP: Talk about interesting, Tommy is the current champion’s tag team partner! Him and McIntyre form Ireland’s Most Wanted! Imagine if we have to see these two compete for the title in two weeks!
AS: It could be an interesting match, but I’m pulling for Dillon here! He’s my pick for this one and don’t remind me, Stu……the only pick you’ve got is your nose!
TL: And finally……being accompanied to the ring by Hank Fitzgerald……”The H-Bomb” Eric Hancock!
“Invincible” hits over the arena PA and Eric Hancock steps out into the arena followed shortly by his coach, Hank Fitzgerald, and a small team of trainers. Hancock wears a hoodie pulled over his head as he slowly paces to the ring, loosening up along the way. At ringside, Hancock receives a few final words of encouragement and advice from his trainers and coach and removes his sweatshirt, handing it off to the trainers before they head to the back. After his final prep, Hancock slides into the ring and bounces the ropes, getting a feeling for his environment. Eric Hancock settles into his corner and awaits the start of the match.
SP: Here’s my pick and it ain’t my nose! It’s the ruthless, technically sound Eric Hancock. He’s been impressive since debuting here in RoP and I think a win here is what this kid needs to get to the next level.
AS: Well……he’s got one hell of a hill to climb!
The bell rings and everyone seems to hang back, waiting for someone else to make the first move. After a few seconds, Tommy jumps on Nightkrow with some brutal clubbing shots to his back and everyone else follows suit. Eric jumps on Dillon and Ronin helps him out, with both stomping down on Dillon in a corner. Tommy whips Nightkrow into the ropes and nails a belly to belly suplex on him. Once he gets up, Ronin jumps on him from behind and nails some shots to his back. He pulls him into a suplex attempt, but Tommy blocks it. He ends up reversing it into a snap suplex of his own that causes Ronin to roll to the side of the ring, where he gets stomped on repeatedly by Lil‘ Knoxvile, who then steps up onto the second rope, then leaps up and comes down with a double foot stomp into Ronin’s chest. . Nightkrow is back up and is after Hancock in the corner. He pulls him off of Dillon and leans him against the ropes before he nails some chops to his chest. Eric responds with a few of his own, then nails a double leg takedown on Krow, followed by some mounted shots, then an armbar before Dillon comes out of the corner and nails a stomp down onto Eric’s chest. It breaks up the armbar, but Tommy comes from behind Dillon, grabs him and goes to throw him over the ropes, but miscalculates and Dillon goes through the middle and top ropes instead.
SP: Dillon isn’t eliminated, folks. You got to go over the top rope, but he’s on the outside for now regardless.
AS: Tommy has come out of the gate strong here, but you got to wonder how far it will get him. If he uses all of his gas now, he won’t have any for when he needs it!
Ronin is up and comes at Tommy with a spinning heel kick, but Tommy catches him and flips him over onto his feet before taking him down with a clothesline. Eric comes from behind, though and nails a reverse DDT on Tommy. When Eric gets up, Nightkrow pulls him up onto his shoulders and brings him down with a soamoan drop. Krow gets up, but gets caught with a monkey flip from Knoxville, followed by Knoxville running into the ropes and nailing a springboard l;eg drop off the second rope on him. Knoxville gets up, but gets caught with a belly to back suplex from Ronin. Ronin gets up, but he gets low blowed by Tommy McFarlane. Tommy smirks as he gets up slowly and slaps Ronin a few times before whipping him hard into the ropes. Ronin hangs on to the ropes to stop himself, but Tommy comes charging in at him. Ronin raises his legs and wraps them around Tommy’s head, going for a headscissors takedown over the ropes, but Tommy grabs his legs and launches him over the ropes. Ronin lands on the apron, but Dillon is on the outside of the ring and pulls his foot, causing him to fall to the mats around ringside.
TL: Ronin is eliminated!
SP: Dillon just eliminated him from the outside, what a weasel!
AS: I call it being crafty! He saw the chance to narrow the race here and he took it! Look at him now! Ha!
Dillon is leaning down against the apron, watching what’s going on in the ring instead of getting back in. He seems to be arguing with a ref at ringside about it too. Meanwhile, in the ring Nightkrow and Eric Hancock are double teaming Tommy. They pull him up and nail a double snap suplex on him. Nightkrow gets down and applies a rear chinlock to Tommy that keeps him in a sitting position. Eric backs up a few steps, then charges and connects with a stiff kick to Tommy’s jaw. Krow looks down at the motionless Tommy with a smirk as he lets go of him, but Hancock rears back and nails several chops to Nightkrow before he grabs Krow, reels him and nails a head butt, followed by an overhead release belly to belly suplex. He looks down at Tommy and then lifts him up and lifts him up, going for The Detonator, but Tommy drops down and then nails a European uppercut to Eric before he whips him into the ropes and nails a tilt a whirl backbreaker on him.
SP: Remember the battle that Eric and Tommy had two weeks ago? It feels like it’s continuing right here!
AS: They can’t forget about Nightkrow and look at Dillon…….he’s playing it smart! He’s just lying in wait!
Lil’ Knoxville is up and climbs to the top rope. When Tommy turns around, he flies off and catches him with a missile dropkick that sends Tommy tumbling against the ropes, where Dillon hops up onto the apron and chokes him. Knoxville is up and Nightkrow comes at him with a clothesline, but Knoxville ducks, spins him around and nails a C-Ville Driver II on him. As Knoxville gets up, Hancock comes from behind, grabs him and nails one German suplex, but he holds on, rolls through and lifts Knoxville up to nail another! Knoxville is folded in half, but Eric gets up and sees Tommy getting up by the ropes. He charges and goes for a clothesline, but Tommy raises his boot and catches him with a double kick to the jaw. Eric stumbles back and Tommy comes at him. Eric goes for an arm drag, but Tommy rolls through, keeps his hand locked with Eric’s and pulls him into a spine buster. Nightkrow gets up now and Knoxville is up, watching Tommy and Eric go at it from his knees. He comes up from behind Nightkrow and then springs into action to nail a C-Ville Kick! Nightkrow flips over the top rope and crashes to the ground as Knoxville raises his hands to boos!
TL: Nightkrow is eliminated!
SP: Krow really got blindsided there, but it was legal. Knoxville took advantage of it and now we’re down to the final four!
AS: Glad you can count, Stu. Here we go, I told you Knoxville has a lot of potential, we’re seeing it now!
Knoxville smirks as he turns, but gets clocked with several shots from Eric, who then whips him into the ropes, lifts him up and nails The Detonator! Eric stays on him with kicks before he hoists Knoxville up, front suplexes him over the top rope, then comes at him with a running knee lift. Knoxville falls of the ropes, but lands on the apron and rolls back in. Eric bends down to grab him, but Tommy comes from behind and nails shot after shot to his back. He pulls Eric out from the edge of the ring, hoists him up and nails a Rampant Lions. Just then, Dillon slides in from out of the ring and comes up behind Tommy. He turns Tommy around, then does his trifecta suplex combo to complete Dillon’s Deadly Drop! The fans boo as Dillon stands there, swatting his hands together like he just got done a tough job, then he turns to get a flying forearm from Knoxville that sends him stumbling back against the ropes. Knoxville stays on him, looking to lift him up and dump him over the ropes, but Dillon gouges his eyes and sends him staggering back and into a belly to back suplex from Eric. The fans are starting a “Let’s go H-Bomb” chant now as Eric comes at Dillon with a clothesline, but Dillon ends up coming at him looking for one of his own. Unfortunately, Dillon’s was nowhere close to his target! He turns and Eric boots him in the gut, doubling him over, then locks in an abdominal stretch on him. Tommy comes up behind them and locks in a sleeper on Eric. The double move is held until Knoxville comes from behind Tommy and pulls him into a reverse DDT while Dillon catches Eric with a hip toss.
SP: Bodies are flying everywhere, folks and these fans are LOVING it!
AS: Why shouldn’t the bodies be flying? This match has a lot riding on it! Whoever wins gets a title shot in two weeks!
The crowd starts a “this is awesome” chant as Dillon grabs Eric by the back of the head, pulls him up and goes to toss him over the top rope. Eric grabs a hold of the rope and skins the cat, however. When Dillon turns around, Eric nails a spinning heel kick that takes Dillon down. He then proceeds to stomp the hell out of him as Knoxville picks Tommy up. He lifts him onto his shoulders for a C-Ville driver, but Tommy falls behind him, turns him around and goes for a Luck O’ The Irish but Knoxville manages to get out of that was well. Both are side by side now and get greeted with a double clothesline attempt by Dillon, who has gotten away from Eric. Eric is right in tow, leaping up to grab both Knoxville and McFarlane and then falling back with a double face plant on then as he uses Dillon to kick himself off and gain momentum. The fans roar their approval for this. Eric grabs Tommy and pulls him over to the ropes. He goes to hoist him over, but Tommy pulls on Eric’s hair and he has to let go. Dillon is up and sees Knoxville getting up by the ropes. He charges with a clothesline attempt, but Knoxville lowers a shoulder and tries to send him over the ropes. Dillon lands on the apron and when he gets to his feet, waits for Knoxville to turn around before he reaches over the ropes, grabs him and brings him over with an attempted suplex. Knoxville lands on the apron as well, however.
SP: These two are in dangerous territory! They better make sure they don’t eliminate themselves.
Knoxville hauls off and chops Dillon across the chest. Dillon responds with a chop of his own. Knoxville cringes and lets go of the rope with one hand as that happens. Dillon nails some side shoulder shots to his head, but Knoxville don’t go. Knoxville finds a way to grab Dillon’s hair and starts pulling back on it. As he does, Tommy is up, having just nails a piledriver on Eric. He sees Knoxville and Dillon where they are and charges, looking for a spear. Dillon drops to his knees and rolls into the ring, but Knoxville gets hammered and tumbles to the floor to cheers!
TL: Lil’ Knoxville has been eliminated!
AS: SHIT! SHIT!
SP: So much for his potential! He’ll have to try again later on down the line for a shot at the gold, Artie.
Dillon gets up in his corner and looks across the ring at Eric, who is up. Tommy gets up and stares them both down as the crowd goes crazy. Dillon tries to run away, but Eric catches him as he tries to go through the ropes. He pulls him into the ring and nails a legsweep. He gets up, but Tommy comes from behind and nails a full nelson suplex that seems to knock Eric out. He waits for Dillon to start to move before he hoists him up and connects with a Rampant Lions. He then gets on a knee and surveys the damage in the ring, as if picking who to focus on. Finally, he settles on Eric. He walks over to him and goes to lift him up, but Eric nails some shots to his midsection. Finally, Eric gets to his feet and nails a fireman’s carry on Tommy, followed by him going for Roll D’Arce choke. It don’t take long for Tommy to flail about and look for the ropes, even though they aren’t much help. Dillon lays back, watching this go on as Eric chokes him out. Finally, realizing that he can’t eliminate him this way, Eric breaks it and gets to his feet. Dillon comes at him, but Eric greets him with punches as the two duke it out. Seemingly had enough of it, Dillon reaches over and gouges Eric in the eye, laughing at him as he does so. Eric stumbles back and Dillon turns, to walk right into a flap jack from Tommy! Dillon crawls over to the ropes to get up and as he does so, Tommy goes to flip him over the top, but Dillon lands on the apron and rolls into the ring to boos.
SP: Dillon avoided elimination there and I think Tommy may be thinking he had tossed him out there.
AS: I think so! He’s focusing on Eric now. Big mistake!
Tommy goes to pull Hancock up and goes for a Rampant Lions, but Eric wraps his legs around Tommy’s head and grabs the ropes. He goes over the top and tries to flip Tommy over. It doesn’t work and Tommy resists like hell as Eric applies it as more of a choke now than anything. Having good awareness, Tommy tries to dump Eric over the apron and gets him hanging, but Eric has the choke in tight and dangles there. Tommy seems to be fading, his face turning blue and purples. The fans clap, trying to will something to happen. Even Dillon is just sitting back in a corner, watching with intrigue. Finally, Tommy seems to have faded enough and lunges over the ropes and falls to the floor, but before Eric can get a hand on the ropes, he falls as well!
SP: What in the hell? They both got eliminated?
TL: Eric Hancock and Tommy McFarlane are eliminated……your winner and NEW number one contender to the Southwestern Heavyweight Championship, “DEADLY” DILLON D’ANGELO!
AS: Dillon did it, he won! He’s getting the title shot at the supershow! Told you!
SP: Well, you have to wonder……..with Terry Marvin beating Alexander McIntyre tonight, where does he stand in all of this and is he next in line?
AS: I don’t know, Stu, but what a show! Folks…….for everyone here at RoP, we’ll see you in two weeks at Out for Blood: Revenge is a Bitch and god…..isn’t that name fitting!
